A free app to record seizures and medications, and share a clear summary with your neurologist. Everything you enter stays on your phone.
Keeping an accurate seizure diary is one of the most useful things you can do for your epilepsy care. Epoch makes it quick to do on your phone, and turns months of entries into a one-page summary for your appointment.
Epoch does not send anything to us or to anyone else. Diary entries, medications and your profile are stored only on your device, protected by your phone's own screen lock and encryption. You decide when to create a summary and how to share it. If you delete the app, the data goes with it, so keep a normal phone backup. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Adults with epilepsy or seizures, and parents or guardians keeping a diary for a child. It is useful whether you are waiting for a first appointment, being assessed for a new diagnosis, or managing established epilepsy.
Before you see your neurologist, generate a summary covering the period since your last visit and email it to the rooms, or bring it on your phone. It shows seizure frequency, patterns and medication changes at a glance, which makes the appointment more useful for both of you. Patients of our epilepsy clinic and first seizure clinic can send summaries to referrals@epilepsynetwork.com.au.
Epoch is a diary, not a medical device. It does not detect or predict seizures and does not replace advice from your neurologist. In an emergency call 000.
